Full court fees have been paid against Entry No. A-9452 dated 3rd September, 2021. The petitioners claim six marks in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.A. No.9921 of 2020 and other matters which is Annexure - P/3 of the writ application. The petitioners did not file any writ application before this Court and now a question has cropped up whether the six marks would be granted to the persons who preferred the writ application or to all who appeared in the Teachers' Eligibility Test (T.E.T.), 2014.

I am told that as an appeal is pending in this regard, I am not passing any order in this writ application today and adjourn it sine die till the appeal is over and the petitioners are granted liberty
