In the order dated 6th May, 2024 there was an 12-08-2024 Subha Item no.08 Ct no.35 inadvertent mistake in the cause title and prayer of the revisional application as references were made to Bankura P. S. Case No. 06 of 2021. Case diary of Bankura P. S. Case No. 06 of 2021 and Bankura P. S. Case No. 96 of 2021 were directed to be produced. Today, learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary of the two cases wherefrom it reflects that the subject matter of the case refers to Bankura P. S. Case No. 96 of 2021 dated 09-06-2021.

The enclosure to the revisional application also reflects that the case which was before this court refers Bankura P. S. Case N. 96 of 2021 dated 09-06-2021.

In view of the aforesaid, all references in the order dated 0605-2024 in respect of "Bankura P. S. Case No. 06 of 2021 dated 09.6.2021" be treated as Bankura P. S. Case No. 96 of 2021 dated 09-06-2021" .

This may be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 06-05-2024.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections wherever necessary.

Both the cased diaries be returned to the learned advocate for the State. .
