Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. No wildlife was recovered from the petitioner. The co-accuseds from whom the wildlife was recovered took the name of the petitioner. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that turtles were seized from the possession of the persons from whom the name of the petitioner transpired.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1163 of 2022 is dismissed.
