Imtiaj Uddin .......for the petitioner The petitioner has prayed for quashing of an order dated January 5, 2010, passed by the Additional District Inspector of Schools (SE), Basirhat, North 24 Parganas. By the said order, the Secretary and the Managing Committee of the Dhuturdaha Kalyan Parishad High School (H.S.), was asked to submit documents to consider the school's prayer for approving of a panel for recruitment to the post of Librarian. This Court sees absolutely no infirmity in the request made by the Additional District Inspector of Schools (SE), Basirhat, North 24 Parganas, in the impugned communication.

In any event, the prayer of the petitioner for approval of panel, is belated and stale and no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

Hence, WPA 3059 of 2010 shall stand dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
