Learned counsel for the petitioner after make some arguments submits and appropriate directions may be issued to the learned trial court to dispose of the Domestic Violence Case No. AC-4989/2019 titled as Priyanka Chakraborty vs. Ratul Chakraborty expeditiously without being influenced by the impugned order of the revisional court in Criminal Appeal No.142 of 2023. Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take all the contentions at the time of final disposal of the petition under Section 20 of the Domestic Violence Act.

Learned trial court shall decide the petition under Section 20 of the Domestic Violence Act on the basis of the evidence being produced by the petitioner in accordance with the law expeditiously without being influenced by any observation made

by the learned appellate court in Criminal Appeal No.142 of 2023.

Accordingly, CRR 890 of 2025 stands disposed of. 5.
