Hence, the purpose of the tender is now complete and there is no further scope for grant of any relief.

WPA 4357 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of as having become infructuous.

The contention of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner with regard to the exaggerated rate offered by the private respondent shall be taken into consideration if the petitioner challenges similar tender conditions in future.
