Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the son has become major. Such a contention was never advanced before the Learned Trial Court being the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Calcutta.

The petitioner is directed to clear the arrear dues. Unless the petitioner produces relevant documents before the Trial Court that the minor son referred to in the proceedings under Section 125 was major at the time when the maintenance was awarded, there is no scope for interference.

With the aforesaid observations, C.R.R.461 of 2021 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
