Petitioner is aggrieved by the continuance of the Criminal Appeal no. 23 of 2017 before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, FTC-4, Barrackpore. The subject matter of challenge in the said appeal related to the order dated 5th May, 2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th court, Barrackpore in Misc.Case No. 219 of 2016.

The point of grievance related to the prayer for interim monetary relief being refused by the learned Judicial Magistrate. The criminal appeal no. 23 of 2017 is directed to be disposed of on the next date so fixed or within a month thereafter. The learned appellate court would be at liberty to fix as many numbers of dates, but would not stretch the timeline.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 714 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently hereby disposed of.
