None appears on behalf of the respondent no. 1. The appeal is allowed and the order of the learned Single Judge dated January 19, 2024, passed in WPA 7718 of 2023, is set aside.

The learned Single Judge refused to accept the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench by which the writ petition was treated to be on the day's list and disposed of in MAT 2307 of 2023. His Lordship was of the view that a review application would be filed by the private parties and His Lordship was awaiting the outcome of the review application.

In our view, once the writ petition was disposed of, there was no occasion for the learned Single Judge to even consider WPA 7718 of 2023 on January 19, 2024.

Accordingly, the appeal and the connected application are disposed of.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
