Petitioner has filed this writ petition against nonconsideration and sitting over the representations made at different times and lastly on 10th December, 2018 being Annexure P-4 to the writ petition making prayer to consider her transfer.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3/The Chairman, The West Bengal Central School Service Commission, to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation being Annexure P-4 to the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or her authorized representative, within eight weeks from date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. WPA 3374 of 2019 is disposed of.
