Case No. 153 of 2019 dated 09.06.2019 under Sections 420/406/354B/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3 (1)(xi) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghatal, Paschim Medinipur. As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
