Mr. Sk. Humayan Reza, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that on the date of hearing, no Affidavit of service was filed, rather postal receipt and track report was filed.

On going through the records, it is found that postal receipt and track report has been filed but no such Affidavit-of-service is filed.

Inadvertently following words has been recorded in the order dated 14th March, 2023 "Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is kept with the records". Since no Affidavit of service is filed by the petitioner on the aforesaid date, hence the above words at page 1 of the order dated 14th March, 2023 stands deleted.

The order is modified to the above extent.

The other portions of the order dated 14th March, 2023 shall remain unaltered.
