In Re: W.P.C.R.C. 183 of 2022 (CPAN 1057 of 2021) In response to the Rule of contempt issued on November 16, 2022, the alleged contemnor is personally present before this Court, his further presence is dispensed with.

Mr. Mondal, learned Counsel for the alleged contemnor under affidavit files compliance report of the order violation of which has been complained of, the said affidavit be kept with the record.

In view of the aforesaid, no further order need be passed in the application. The Rule (W.P.C.R.C. 183 of 2022) is discharged and the application for contempt being CPAN 1057 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
