The order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.R.R. No. 1295 of 2023 dated 20th April, 2023 is also placed before this Court, which is kept with the record.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand dismissed as not pressed. 4.

Interim order, if any, shall also stand vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
