Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the incident arose out of a dispute relating to cultivation. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and to the injury report of the victim.

The injury report shows that the victim suffered a fractured on the right hand.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 1166 of 2022 is rejected.
