By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order of blocking of the petitioner's Electronic Credit Ledger dated 13th January, 2023 without making any demand of justice.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, I am not inclined to interfere with the aforesaid impugned order dated 13th January, 2023 and to grant any relief to the petitioner except granting liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate representation before the respondent authority concerned within a week from date and if such representation is made before the authority concerned, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and

speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representatives, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

In the alternative, the respondent authority concerned may initiate and expedite the adjudication proceeding.

With this observation and direction, this writ petition being WPA 4360 of 2023 stands disposed of. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
