None appears on behalf of the opposite party. It appears that the instant revisional application is pending since the year 2010. There is reasonable ground to believe that these petitioners are no longer interested to proceed with the present case. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present civil revisional application.

Accordingly, the revisional application being C.O. 429 of 2010 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Consequently the application being CAN 1 of 2012 (Old CAN 6980 of 2012) in connection with the revisional application is also dismissed for default.

There will be no order as to costs.

Department is directed to send back the LCR to the Lower Court immediately.
