Re: CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old No. CRAN 873 of 2020) (an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act) Petitioner/applicant prays for condonation of delay of 538 days in preferring this revisional application. The reasons so assigned in the application for condonation of delay are found to be just and reasonable. Accordingly, delay is condoned. The application being CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old No. CRAN 873 of 2020) is, thus, allowed. Re: CRR 651 of 2020 An application under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act was preferred at the instance of the opposite party viz., one Anima Chakraborty. Learned Magistrate after appreciating the same was pleased to pass an order regarding the accommodation along with other reliefs. The same was subject matter of challenge before the learned sessions court and finally the appellate court being the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 1st

Court, Contai, Purba Medinipur was pleased to dismiss the revisional application.

I have scrutinized the order passed by the learned appellate court and I find that there is no illegality in the said order. Accordingly, no interference is called for. CRR 651 of 2020 is, thus, dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
