The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioner on surrender has granted bail by the trial court during the pendency of this application. As such, the petition for anticipatory bail has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid, this application for anticipatory bail stands dismissed as infructuous.
