For the Petitioner Mr. Tanmoy Kumar Ghosh Mr. Arindam Sen .....For the State Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than a month and only two silver coins have been seized from the possession of the petitioner. It has also been submitted the list of articles which were enclosed alongwith the F.I.R. do not reflect any silver coin being stolen. Additionally it has been argued that till date there has been no prayer for T.I. Parade by the Investigating Officer of the case.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State and produces the Case Diary as also a report. Let the report be kept with the record.

Having considered the period of detention of the petitioner, I direct that the petitioner would be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Baruipur. If on bail, the petitioner shall meet with the Investigating Officer of the case once in a week until further orders and shall not change his address. If there is any change of address, the petitioner shall immediately inform the same to the Investigating Officer of the case as well as to the Learned A.C.J.M., Baruipur, in the alternative, the learned Court would be at liberty to cancel the bond without making any further reference to this Court. It is further directed that in case the learned A.C.J.M., Baruipur deems it fit and proper he would be at liberty to impose condition for appearance before the Court once in a fortnight till submission of the charge-sheet.

With the aforesaid observation, C.R.M.(SB) 39 of 2023 is disposed of.
