Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody for a period of 110 days and charge-sheet has already been submitted. According to the learned advocate, there are hardly any materials to implicate both the petitioners. Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary.

I have considered the seizure list as well as nature of injury sustained and the fact that further investigation is in process for submission of the supplementary charge-sheet.

Having considered the totality of the circumstances, presently I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, CRM(M)564 of 2026 is dismissed at this

stage.
