Co-accused was granted anticipatory bail on September 17, 2021.

Claim for parity with the other co-accused cannot be accepted in view of the long absconsion of the petitioner. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
