He submits that he could not contact with his client in spite of best effort.

A duty is cast upon the petitioner to maintain contact with her lawyer but it appears that she is not interested to maintain such contact.

The conduct of the petitioner demonstrates that she has lost her interest to pursue the present application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

C.O. 577 of 2019 is dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated.

The department is directed to communicate this order to the 2nd Court of learned Additional District Judge at Sealdah, District-24 Parganas (South) where the Matrimonial Suit No. 69 of

2018 (Sudipta Ranjan Paul -Vs- Salini Paul nee Sarkar), withdrawal or transfer of which has been prayed for by the present application, is pending.
