1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No.89 of 2023 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Khatra, Bankura.

2. Since the title suit has been instituted only on September 25, 2023 no preemptory direction fixing specific time frame for disposal of the suit can be passed, however, the learned Trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as the business of the Trial Court would permit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

3. CO 672 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.

4. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Om Narayan Rai, J.)
