Mr. Subrata Bhattacharya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties submits that execution case being Title Execution Case No. 10 of 2014 in respect of which present application has been preferred, has already been disposed of with full satisfaction and final form vide order no. 97 dated 26.09.2023.

Accordingly, the present application has become infructuous.

In such view of the matter, let the C. O. 580 of 2019 be dismissed being infructuous.

The copy of the order filed by the opposite parties is taken on record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
