1. None appears for the parties even in the pass over round. Nobody argued this matter on admission/motion since 2021. It appears that petitioner has lost interest in the matter.

2. Accordingly, petition is dismissed for want of prosecution by reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application for its revival. If petitioner is still interested, the said application may be filed positively within 30 days from today.
