1. Challenging a notice dated 03.02.2020 issued by the concerned Block Land and Land Reforms Officer under Section 50(1)(f) of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955, the present writ petition has been preferred.

2. Due to existence of efficacious alternative remedy, this writ petition cannot be entertained.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, however, without any order as to costs.
