The instant revisional application is relatable to 2011, wherein implementation of order dated 3rd February 2011, passed in MP Case No. 316 of 2011 under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, pending before learned Executive Magistrate, Basirhat, has been sought for taking recourse to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Upon perusal of the impugned order, it appears that B.L. & L.R.O., Baduria was asked to enquire the matter and submit report early, which has been sought to be implemented upon resorting to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Implementation of the order appears to have been sought for in connection with the proceeding under Section 144 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure vide MP Case No. 316/2011.

In view of the order impugned, petitioner appears to have lost his interest over this matter. No use of keeping the matter listed any more.

The revisional application being CRR 575 of 2011, accordingly dismissed for default.

Department is directed to make communication of this order to concerned Executive Magistrate within a week from hence for information.
