And In Re : Jayanta Debnath ...... petitioner Mr. Anindya Ghosh ...for the petitioner Mr. Shibaji Kumar Das ...for the State Petitioner apparently stands implicated on the basis of the materials in cheating the defacto-complainant. Role of the petitioner in the incident requires investigation.

Enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail at this stage, may be inimical to such investigation.
