An application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for modification of the order of maintenance being Misc Case No.199 of 2017 is lying pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bongaon, North 24 Parganas for about six years. I have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner. I feel pretty for the petitioner who prayed for modification of maintenance previously granted to her is not sufficient to run her basic livelihood. The learned Judicial Magistrate failed to appreciate the pain and agony of the petitioner. It appears that the learned Judicial Magistrate has lost all his human approach towards the litigants who come before him to seek justice.

Under such circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to dispose of the application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure positively within six months from the date of this order. The time fixed by this Court is peremptory. The instant revision is accordingly disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to act on the server copy of the order.
