The petitioner raises certain allegations against Steel Authority of India Limited and Durgapur Steel Plant.

This Court under Article 226 of the Constitution has no jurisdiction to entertain the instant writ petition against Steel Authority of India Limited as the Court of first instance. The aggrieved party has to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal for relief.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.

However, dismissal of the writ petition will not stand in the way of the petitioner from approaching the competent forum for relief in accordance with law, if so advised.
