An application has been taken out as the case has already been transferred to a different Court and the petitioner is unable to furnish the bail bonds.

In view of the order dated 16.04.2026 directing the petitioner to furnish bonds before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Kalyani, Nadia, the petitioner has not been released as he could not furnished the bonds for the case being transferred to the Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia.

Accordingly, the order dated 16.04.2026 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall furnish the bonds before the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia. Any reference made in the order dated 16.04.2026 as the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Kalyani, Nadia should be read as "Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia"

With the aforesaid observations CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.
