Sreemanta Auddy, since deceased, represented by his legal heirs Shrimati Hasi Auddy & Ors.

This matter has come up at the instance of the department as the department has faced difficulty in carrying out the direction passed on 16th September, 2022.

There are few corrections inadvertently crept in the order dated 16th September, 2022 which have been rightly pointed out by the department. In the third line of 1st paragraph the word "appellant" shall be replaced by "respondent" and also in the last line of the 2nd paragraph the word "appellant"

shall be replaced by "respondent".

Let the mistakes be corrected.

Let the same be part and parcel of the order dated 16th September, 2022.

The other portions of the order dated 16th September, 2022 shall remain unaltered.

In so far as the other portion of the report dated 14th February, 2023 is concerned, in paragraph 2 of CAN 4 of 2022 the name of respondent no. 2(b) is described as Kaushik Auddy alias Kausick Auddy. In view of such description there is no difficulty in remitting the amount upon furnishing an affidavit by Kaushik Auddy in this regard.
