Accordingly, we modify the condition of bail and direct that the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only), with two registered sureties of like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned Judge, Special Court under the NDPS Act, Berhampore, Murshidabad.

Other conditions of bail, however, shall remain the same. CRAN 1 of 2023 is thus disposed of.
