It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that though the petitioners have been found entitled to compensation for acquisition of their land, assessment of compensation along with other statutory benefits has not been made.

Learned counsel for the State respondents, in his usual fairness, submits that compensation along with other statutory benefits be assessed by the third respondent in terms of the order dated 5th February, 2019 passed by the Special Land Acquisition Officer South 24 Parganas.

Accordingly, the third respondent is directed to assess the compensation along with other statutory benefits in terms of the order dated 5th February, 2019 passed by the Special Land Acquisition Officer, South 24 Parganas within one month from the date of communication of this order and the 5th respondent is

directed to deposit the assessed sum before the concerned authority within three month therefrom. The said amount shall be disbursed to the petitioners within one month from the date of receipt thereof. In terms of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
