1. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this is a second application for anticipatory bail. Earlier, by an order dated 27/1/2026 passed by this Court in CRM (A) 4162 of 2025, the application for anticipatory bail of the present petitioner was turned down. However, subsequently, the principal accused being the President of the Home in question as well as the Treasurer were granted interim bail by the learned jurisdictional Court.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits that there are serious allegations of sexual exploitation of minor girls in the Home in question. After going through the materials on record, a detailed order was passed by this Court rejecting the application for anticipatory bail of the

petitioner. The prosecution has been prompt in taking steps and charges have already been framed. There is no ground for entertaining a second application for anticipatory bail, as bail and anticipatory bail are quite distinct from each other.

3. Considering the above, I do not think that there is any material or substantial change in circumstances to entertain a second application for anticipatory bail.

4. Accordingly, the second application for anticipatory bail is rejected as not maintainable.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
