The parties are the husband and wife. This is the wife's application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The parties were sent to Mediation for amicable settlement of their dispute. The report of the Mediator dated July 24, 2024 is placed before me, which is taken on record. It appears that the mediation is successful; the parties have agreed to dissolve their marriage by mutual consent on the agreed terms and conditions as recorded in the said Mediation Report. The parties are directed to take follow-up steps. CO 583 of 2024 is disposed of with the above observations without any order as to costs.
