None appears for the Panchayat despite service. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioners and the private respondent are admittedly co sharers in respect of the property in question.

The petitioners allege that the private respondent is raising construction therein without obtaining sanctioned plan from the concerned Panchayat.

The private respondent produced the sanctioned plan issued by the concerned Panchayat on 9th February, 2026 granting permission for erection of a structure/building in the plot in question.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present application. The same is accordingly disposed of.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance, if so advised.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
