None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This is a writ petition of the year 2007 challenging the notice dated January 18, 2007 dismissing the membership of the petitioner as an elected member of the concerned gram panchayat.

It appears from record that the petitioner was not represented, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing on September 10, 2021, September 24, 2021 and October 1, 2021 Due to passage of time, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same stands dismissed as such.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
