...for the petitioner This revisional application has been filed for expeditious disposal of the Matrimonial Suit No. 32 of 2016 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court-4, Barasat. It is the contention of the petitioner that the matrimonial suit has been pending since 2015 and thereafter it was renumbered. The records reveal that cross-examination of the PW-2 is going on.

This revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Trail Court to expedite the hearing of the matrimonial suit and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the next date fixed without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the suit or the claims of the petitioner. The learned Court below shall proceed independently and in accordance with law. It is also submitted that on a previous occasion this Court had directed that the matrimonial suit should be disposed of expeditiously. It is submitted that there is no direction for

payment of any maintenance in this proceeding. The learned Advocate on record for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon the opposite party along with a server copy of this order within a week from date. The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis.
