Mr. Asim Hati Ms. Sreetama Neogi ... for the petitioner Mr. Manik Das ... for the respondents/ECL The learned advocate representing the respondents/ECL submitted that the instant writ petition has become infructuous since the petitioner has filed a subsequent writ petition being WPA 13260(w) of 2000 after culmination of the disciplinary proceedings resulting the termination of the service of the petitioner. The learned advocate representing the petitioner submitted that the subsequent writ petition arose out of grievance of the termination of the petitioner through the process of disciplinary proceedings whereby the enquiry report was submitted ex parte without granting him opportunity and seeks leave of this Court to tag the writ petition being WPA 13260(w) of 2000 along with the instant writ petition.

Department is directed to place the case records of both the writ petition tagging the same on the next date of hearing.

The learned advocate representing the respondents/ECL is to file the affidavit-in-opposition by 28th March, 2025 and affidavit-in-reply if any be filed by the petitioner on 22nd April, 2025.

Let the matter be fixed on 28th April, 2025.
