Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner, be kept on record.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petitioner made a representation dated 22.12.2020 before the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Purulia requesting him to prepare and complete the service book of the petitioner, but such representation was not considered by him till date. Mr. Vaisya, learned Counsel appears for the State is present.

Heard both the parties.

As the representation dated 22.12.2020 has not been considered by the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Purulia, the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Purulia being the respondent no.3 in the instant application is requested to consider the representation of the petitioner. The writ petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition to

the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.). The District Inspector of Schools (P.E.) is requested to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to allow the petitioner to produce all the relevant documents at the time of hearing and to pass a reasoned order within twelve weeks from today. The District Inspector of Schools (P.E.) is also requested to communicate the reasoned order to the petitioner at an earliest. Since I have not gone into the merits of the writ petition all the points are left open for consideration by the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Purulia.

The writ petition being WPA 5034 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit have been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
