1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner seeks to question the failure in TET Examination conducted for the year 2014 in the year 2015 and the result declared in the year 2016.

3. The writ petition having been filed in 2024 is, therefore, hopelessly barred by delay and laches.

4. This Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition on the ground that her client has been making repeated representations under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

5. Hence, W.P.A. No. 4767 of 2024 is dismissed.

6. In so far as the grievance of non-response to a Right to Information Act, 2005, this Court has no determination to take up the same.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
