Younush Mondal ... for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the father praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, to dispose of the Misc. Case No.21 of 2024 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of notice upon the opposite party. However, the learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward the copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite party or the learned advocate representing her before the learned trial judge.

From the order sheets appended to this civil revisional application, this court finds that 13th February, 2025 was fixed for service return and acknowledgement due. Since service has not yet been effected, this court is not inclined to pass any order directing expeditious disposal of the misc. case at this stage.

With the above observation, CO 674 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
