The petitioner was the Teacher-in-Charge of Char Munshipara High School (H.S.), District:

Murshidabad.

The Managing Committee of the school, on February 07, 2022, took a resolution to remove the petitioner from the post of Teacher-in-Charge and by the impugned notices directed the petitioner to hand over the charge to the newly appointed Teacher-inCharge of the school. The petitioner, during the pendency of the writ petition, has retired from his service.

In view of such development, the writ petition has become infructuous.

WPA 4190 of 2022 is dismissed as such without any order as to costs.
