Heard the learned advocates appearing for the parties.

In this matter, petitioner has challenged the legality of the impugned summons dated 5th February, 2021 issued by the Senior Intelligence Officer being annexure P-8 to the writ petition and the said summon had to be complied by attending on 15th February, 2021. Today that summons has no force in the eye of law and the petitioner could not have any grievance against the respondent today. So, there is nothing to be decided in this writ petition against that impugned summons.

Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 5039 of 2021 is dismissed.
