Mr. Dilip Kumar Das ... for the petitioner This matter was listed upon being mentioned by the learned advocate for the petitioner who submitted that there are certain typographical errors in the order dated February 26, 2025.
As prayed for by the learned advocate for the petitioner, leave is granted to the learned advocate on record of the petitioner to correct the typographical errors in the cause title of the civil revisional application more particularly at pages 2 and 3 of the civil revisional application.
Let such amendment be carried out here and now. In the 1st paragraph of page 1 of the order dated February 26, 2025 it has been recorded that this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant.
The word "defendant" should be read as "plaintiff". In page 2 of the order dated February 26, 2025 in paragraph 2 it has been stated that "the opposite parties herein are transferring portion of the suit property to third
party" and in its place it should be recorded "that the opposite party no.1 herein is now transferring portion of the suit property to third party".
The aforesaid errors be rectified.
This order shall form part of the order dated 26th February, 2025.
The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.
