It appears from the record that in this writ petition petitioner had challenged Section 4 of the West Bengal Tax on Entry of Goods Into Local Areas Act, 2012. This Act has been now included in the Schedule to the West Bengal Tax Tribunal and in view of this fact, department is directed to transmit the record of this case to the West Bengal Taxation Tribunal immediately.

Accordingly WPA 4186 of 2017 and CAN 1 of 2020 stands disposed of.
