Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. In this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the impugned summon dated 5th February, 2021 by the GST Authority concerned asking the petitioners for its appearance in person on 16th February, 2021, in my view, today the impugned summons has lost its force and the very said summons is not executable. Considering this fact, this writ petition, being WPA 5042 of 2021 is dismissed.
