Accordingly, we direct petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two registered sureties to the satisfaction of learned Judge, Special Court under POCSO Act, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas.

Other conditions of bail shall remain the same. C.R.A.N 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
